Under The Moonlight

This old model 1300 Beatle has been sitting on our yard for years, rusting deteriorating. It belongs to my brother. The engine had some minor problems when he left it there. Sadly, he doesn’t have enough money to have it repaired.

So it sat there, exposed under the sun and rain. Rust slowly eating the frame away. Only if I have enough money, I would have it restored myself.

I took the photo after dusk with my phone (a Huawei Y5 II). Edited it using Pixlr Express, increasing the temperature to the max.

  1. That`s a sad picture. I used to have a 1500 Beetle – black – that I inherited from my father. It had various problems – including bodywork ones – but the engine never gave me any worries, despite running up more than 100,000 miles on the clock.
