YOUR DOOR…

Beyond your door,
Inside the corridors
of your house
Your heart
is like a river of mystery
that runs deep to who knows where,
Too much for the mortal mind
You even you cannot always
interpret the beating
of your own song…
Is not life without a purpose
mere existence without living
Do you know who you are?
Up or down the road
Do you know where you’re going?,
The quiet without noise
Can you hear them crying
every now and then?…
Is your door as a lighthouse?
Will you open your curtains
to a world of darkness
And let your light shine out
reflective as the moon
is a mirror of the sun’s warmth?…
Who shall sit at your feet?
Who shall eat of your wisdom?
How many will you let in
to sup off the cup of your love?
Caffiena,
Is your love free to fly free?
Will you,
Caffeinate them
Activate them
Motivate them
To liberate them?
Do you know who you are?
Do you know,
Who holds the key
to the mysteries
of your door?…

This is amazing, deep poem, well written
Thank you Pamela, your comment is respectfully appreciated.
Wow! This beautiful poem multiplies the silent cry of the soul… Loud and inviting for those who hear it.
Well said my brother. Your insight is deeply visualised.
Should we let them in? The eternal question…
The wise were always chosen. For the rest, the proof is in their fruit…
I wonder if the wise are still chosen today, or what bitter harvest we shall reap without them
All your answers lie within. In fact, the zone is where you’re most likely to see the mirror.
I can’t argue that, but it could lead to sophistry…
Very mysterious What lies beyond the door. Great one Bradley. Love your writing.
We are yet to discover more of ourselves and only from ourselves. Every now and then this path requires some distance away from the conformist society. Otherwise, how can we really learn more of our true selves.
I agree with you. Being alone can be a very good thing in our lives at times.
