Wham! – Last Christmas

Wham was an English music duet composed of George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley in the early 1980s. Michael has assumed most of the duo’s functions, having acted as a composer, producer, singer and occasionally instrumentalist. As teenagers, they portrayed themselves as hedonistic young men, proud of living in a carefree world without work or obligation. On June 28, 1986, the Wham duo performed a farewell concert at Wembley Stadium. The concert lasted for eight hours and was attended by 72,000 people. The Duet Wham has been in operation for five years, selling over 25 million albums and 15 million singles during that time. Last Christmas was released in 1984 and was one of the duo’s biggest hits. George Michael passed away on December 25, 2016, and his funeral was only March 29, 2017 due to a delay in investigating the cause of his death.
