Tranquil Unrest

I trudged the vehicles and reached a hill

popping inside so many pills

some energy inducing others to stop spills

I was in search of peace but it evades

urbanity pulls me back with haunts many

how we broke and shattered

relationships causing anguish and pain

small things, little egos and puny mistakes

made you and me walk away

to shores sully, blue and sour

from there we walked still far

aimless and in search of more

till we sat in a stupor;fazed and gone

what a life and what a fulfillment

my body parts need medical attention!

This hill and its tranquil pond

will it ever help heal inside?

What do you think?
