The Time Traveler’s Memory Boxes is a result of seeking to find ways of creating artworks that attempt to reference moments in time, capture memories …and, on occasions, dream-like states, has led me to use sequencing alluding devices in my compositions.
These devices are used in an attempt to show process. In so doing, I hope to suggest the passage of time, change and evolution.
In The Time Traveler’s Memory Boxes, I imagine contemporary museum exhibits (boxes) that contain essences of a time traveler’s experiences – like futuristic scrap books and photo albums.
