Time-Lapse Art – Lake Moraine Wood Burn and Acrylic Painting

This is the first of this style that I have posted. It is a mixed media piece combining pyrography and acrylic painting. It is super fun and I’m excited to show you more as they are completed!

This one is of Lake Moraine in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada. It is done on pine wood that measures roughly 7.25×11 inches.

Though the detail in these paintings isn’t as realistic as some of my others, the planning and execution make it take just as much time, if not longer.

The original and prints of this piece are available on my website:  https://www.briansloanartist.com/product/lake-moraine-wood-burn-acrylic-painting
