You are the soul
which has the sun and the planets
on your body
with volcanoes
rivers flowing
fertile soil
trees and grasses
and the constantly moving wind,
listen to the voices
feel the flow
see how they continue to compose
so stop thinking so small
You are the universe itself.
You are an illusion
which has many walls
either easily demolished or erected
injured or torn
lose mind
played by duality
eaten by time,
feel the fragility
reveals its limitations
throw away its pride
you are not visible from here
let alone from the universe
nothing at all.

Love love love this one my friend. When I meditate, and some days can feel the wind on my face, this is how I feel. Fragility, limitations, injured, torn…. all of it!
That’s how we are, my friend. Brittle, empty but at the same time everything in the universe. I’m glad you can enjoy it.
