John Rawlins-8

I am excerpting a new novelette that has been on board with me for long. I own the full copyrights(in fact I completely own the copyrights of all written words in my blogs) and this story is being excerpted in a ‘deep’ fashion as I would be showcasing a lot many chapters for the pleasure of the readers. Kindly enjoy.

Before you go about troubling your brain in reading I want you to laugh to full extent. Check this comedy literature par excellence:

Continued from previous episode 7…….

It is then that JR came around

Two men satisfied at their handiwork

climbed the front seat back

and drove.

JR was dead but not quite

his faculties still sensed

and heard.

His mouth was taped

and it was hard to breathe.

One man spoke,”hope

he has not seen our faces,

otherwise, we will soon be dead

everyone knows his band of hounds

and we could have been easily found

because we have orders

to bring him alive, otherwise

we could have had a funeral

right here and now, and you know

there are people in high

that would pay $20 mio and more

to see JR dead, for that is the minimum going price

for his exalted head”

Other man nodded and said,”

It is not known

what NK and his guys

would get to get JR alive

and what kind of talk

would they get into,

obviously, it must be a big stake

and huge money

where JR would be

made to leave grounds,

anyways we are hired

and we get paid

let this dead

be where it is

and let them do as they like

why should we break our heads !

Are you sure we are

flying to Tokyo via

Bangkok with JR on

from NK’s private strip?

Why are we needed

when NK has a platoon

of his own, I do not like

the arrangement as we

could have done four more

while Tokyo and Bangkok

was over and we came back to shore.”
