He was stately
yet demure
strong as well as willing
a serious face
and a determined mind
with a perfect head
perched over 5 feet 10.
With an ancestry unknown
he had looks of years
that had gone by
hearing and collecting wisdom
by nose, eyes, and ears.
Nobody knew his family
and thought that
he came from orphanage
then wondered…..
this far ?, and going places yet on.
This compounded awe
of the handsome lonely man
who was a man of words few
as well as many
his steely looks
never offended
but then neat contours
of his pert nose,
shapely lips
made him instantly lovable.
