HAKUNA MATATA…Hush little princess
Let your tears
rinse stardust from your eyes,
Never mind the maddening crowd
You’re born in an era
where blood has lost it’s way…
Veins they’re consumed by mercury
And hearts have turned
their softness into stone,
But don’t despair
the stairs you must climb
Written beyond these stars
Your path will be clear
when you hear the ink
rise up off the scrolls…
All eyes in light,
Buried in rhyming
there’s a rise in,
Fret not the night
Rest begets a new born day,
Pity the petty
The proud are shrouded
by their own dismal clouds…
Hakuna matata,
Hush little princess
Let your tears
rinse stardust from your eyes,
When you pray
Then the morning will come
And your star will guide the way…

I just wonder if, in world with eight billion people, does anyone have a chance to shine? Sounds like too many stars and not enough sky to me…
It’s more like too much sky and not enough sparkling stars because most stars don’t know how to shine. There must be a reason why we’re given our gifts. There’s a picture we need to paint…
It would be great if you were right
If I use my gift to stimulate something positive, then I bring harmony in the universe. If I right a wrong then I bring more balance to the equation. I do believe that I am right, based on proven evidence.
I agree with your premise, but it is unclear to me how this is proof that our gifts have a purpose. The fact that we can use our abilities in a positive way doesn’t imply that they were meant to do so…
If you stay true to your course, you can cut through any obstacle. Be patient.
It’s how we choose to. The Wright brothers never created flying but invented the concept that made man lift off the ground and soar the skies, Nelson Mandela chased cows as a boy until the world later sat as his feet…You have an imagination…
We all play with the toys we are given…
A perfect poem for the perfect photo. Just love it!
Thank you Jenna. You are are part of the kindred spirit.
Amazing words and art Bradley, this is beautiful.
Thank you Carol, I know you like all things beautiful and that comes straight out of your heart.
You are welcome and thank you for posting your feelings and emotions.
Well as they say, sharing is caring and in this fast paced rat-race of a system the truth is often masked by distractions. All the while the human element is often lost in translations even being misled by fictitious eye candy.
You nailed it my friend. Absolutely correct.
Thanks man I’m glad you see my art…
