The release of the Dark Crystal prequel on Netflix prompted me to dig up my old Gelfling studies and some of them were good enough to post here, so hopefully you enjoy my little rough sketches and doodles

Not meant to be actual characters from that IP, just inspired by that world…

#1 proof of concept

it has a nice otherworldly look

does it look like she's stalking or tip toeing?

    not sure what to say looks like tip-toeing.
    
    perhaps changing the spear position, would convey more of the preparing to heave versus trying to cross.
