The phrase dressed to kill used to simply mean that one was being fashionably impressive.These days some people take it literally. The dots in the background has nothing to do with French pointilism. I was influenced by the Australian aboriginal paintings which does utilize dots. This is a watercolor on paper.
I always wondered who was killing and who was getting killed in that saying.
