One of the amazing displays at the New Britain Museum of Art in Connecticut was a group of original paintings done for the covers of “Dime Novels” and Detective Magazines that showed the original art with the actual magazine. Many of these images were spectacular and ranged from Jungle scenes, Science Fiction to the most common Detective novels. Artist Frank Paul did the space city theme:
