She knew me much

I discovered after a while

I was left lurching in her pursuit

when I did get near

and what I saw

and learned

made me recoil

and I stopped in steps

right there

she had a dagger in hand

in mind

in heart

with her jowls

badly set in smirks

she had a grudge

one

two many

I ran

far

and so far

that she stopped

chasing!
