I know some of you are saying “it’s not even yellow!” and you’re right; it isn’t nor was it ever meant to be. So then why did I name it that? Cos that’s the title of a song by Kristin Hersh and it is the only thing I can think of when I work on this gun
#1 ariba
if you don't recognize this gun from my earlier post, don't feel bad because it is hardly visible. this was the real reason why I stopped working on those pieces to begin with
I might try and fix them this year, or I might not
this is what happens when you put form ahead of function
You have yourself a deal.
we’ve virtually shook on it
You are correct on this call.
I look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership
Glad you explained that, because I was pretty clueless for a while. What is Alex up to this time, I asked myself.
if you see me doing a random single object, it is almost always going to be a test render of one sort or another…
It could be real. Guns today a lot of times look like toy guns.
Not sure how you make all of this art but keep it up.
How do I make it all? One step at a time…
I know but it seems you can make anything, all kind of subjects.
I didn’t actually make this gun, just fussed around with the textures some…
was curious too, are these 3D rendered or drawn? anyway they’re really nice!!
Gun look very realistic!! maybe even better than those I see in Resident evil 2 and 3.
if it isn’t a Sketchapalooza, then it is generally going to be raytraced
I’m lost… lol
anyway you created them no matter what 🙂
Impressive Alex, you have a gift!
I am flattered that you think so
It looks real. My dad used to have some french dueling pistols with work like that on them.
I would expect that level of ornamentation on an archaic weapon- it looks out of place to me on an automatic…
The gun looks nice how it is. Great one!
yeah sure, when you can actually see them
I like it when you mention the source of your great artwork. Just like the black boxes that are on airplane are colored orange to record the airplane activity from start to finish.
then I will surely continue to provide commentary on my inspirations and creative process
My pleasure to assist you.
I shall count on your continued support
