This is my newest painting from my art journal. I titled it “Beneath”. I got back some motivation for painting, and am working on several right now. This abstract painting is acrylic on paper. I bought a new heavy flannel for the winter, and it is now my “painting jacket” to go along with my painting jeans. Now I will have to get a new one for wearing in public, as it is beginning to get covered in paint, and acrylics don’t like to wash out easily. I know I am not the best painter, but I enjoy it, so I will keep posting what I make. I hope someone enjoys it too!
I think what you have here is quite nice, but then I’m really into the loose painterly look lately…
