with armpits wet

back on a slip of brine

I need to take off my vest

Conditioning works

but so less than best

my windows suddenly open with blast

a cool gust invades

as trees tremble back to back

whipping the lash

then it all gets wet

leaves smile with weight of drops

flowers turnabout with colors bright

children are screaming

upbeat from a deep sulk

‘this is the first rain of autumn(does it rain in autumn, well sometimes, as now..lol)
