Ancient India Relief at the Florida Museum

We are looking at the Art section of the University of Florida’s Natural History Museum in Gainesville, Florida. Here was an exotic carved limestone artwork relief from India. it was old as it was from the 10th century (900-999). It was of the Hindu god Shiva and his consort Uma. They symbolize the creative power of the universe.
