My brother is a hunter and gatherer. In the past he made money from catching eels.
He caught a golden eel once and donated it to “Kelly Tarlton’s” underwater world in Auckland’s waterfront.
I did a pen & ink of a photo of Denis’s eels he caught. This is my own art work.
Now he can’t do it as there is now a law against it. It was quite a thriving business.
Wonderful work. Some fish have been banned from fishing in our country.
Rightly so, some fish are endangered species.
Thanks so much for your kind comments Vidocka
Beautiful painting indeed, thanks for sharing
Thanks so much Witty Feeds glad you like the drawing
But you have a nice and lasting memory of your brother’s catch … nice picture, dear Pamela
Yes, I saw it once in his photo album and I liked the pattern, thanks Lado
