I heard this distinctly in a theatre

as I was visiting a theatre cum eatery complex.

One gentleman from Southern India was talking

to another gentleman from Northern Indi(who was only proficient in local language Hindi and knew nothing of English)

So accents can be rather funny and you may feel that it is not English at all but then it is easy to see the meaning only if you concentrate.
