The first on the list is rich with meaning. Teaching children to discipline themselves to listen and wisely consider what they hear is a great gift to them. Teaching them about wisdom is an even greater gift. Embracing the grace of God, the only source of true joy, at an early age is important but as short as life is, now is always the time to seek the life He offers.
