I can’t say as I like it. The adjacent building looks neat, though.

I like it. A glass and steel exoskeleton. It’s a nice combo with the old brick. After the 1989 earthquake in San Francisco a lot of the unreinforced masonry buildings got retrofitted with steel structural reinforcements and this reminds me of some of those.
