Glass Pyramid in Memphis, Tennessee

From the Memphis Queen riverboat in Memphis, Tennessee on the Mississippi River, you could see a large canal that comes off the river and goes to the port of Memphis. In the distance is one of the bridges that go from Tennessee to Arkansas and in the distance is a HUGE glass pyramid. A closer view shows the massive size of this Pyramid.

It was originally owned by the City of Memphis and used for a professional NBA indoor arena and by the AFL for football until 2009 when it was sold off to Bass Pro Shops and became a Megastore for them. It originally held 21,000 spectators and is 321 feet high by 591 feet wide. It is hard to believe this huge space is all one store.
