Gaudi’s Unusual Architecture Designs

We are used to construction with straight walls and usual windows, balconies, facade in one or two colors. And this is all because of the buildings around us. These structures differ between themselves in size, height, size of windows, the room plans, whether for their construction is used more wood, more glass or they are all made from mortar. However, all of them are with straight lines.

There are so many different buildings in the world from those that we are accustomed to, such as the Gaudi’s structures. Antoni Gaudi is a famous Spanish architect, best known practitioner of Catalan Modernism. He made Barcelona recognizable. His style is characterized with freedom of form. His buildings are organic and always curved. All elements in the structures he made forged iron, ceramics, mosaics, stained glass windows etc. The interesting thing about Gaudi is that what he never made drawings for his plans, he only made 3D models with which he could more easily show the complexities of his design. Here are some of his great architectures.
