Fallingwater by Frank Lloyd Wright

Right near Kentuck Knob in Western Pennsylvania is the most famous house of all time called Fallingwater and it is also by Frank Lloyd Wright. Fallingwater was built in 1935 for Edgar Kaufman of Kaufman Department store fame. The house was built over a waterfall in the Bear Run (Mill Run portion) and is famous for its cantilevered floors over the water. Originally Mr. Kaufman had sensibly wanted the house built nearby facing the falls for a nice view, but Frank Lloyd Wright saw other great things and built it the way it is today. This was a dreary rainy day as can be seen by all the umbrellas and there was a mist in the air blocking the view of the house partially.
