The photo was taken at the PetCo store at 6236 North Western Avenue, Chicago, Illinois.
I used a Motorola Droid Turbo 2 smartphone to take the photos. I used ACDSee Ultimate 2018 to remove two thermometers from the background, adjust the lighting and boost the contrast, clarity and vibrance.

They are fairly common as pets. They don’t get very large – an iguana can reach 6 feet – and are easy to care for.

Thanks, Norman. They are cool critters. We’ve had one for about 2 1/2 years. She loves to be picked up and stoked under the chin. If you walk by her tank, she tries climbing up the wall to get to you.
