Cats love warmth. The homeless wait for the sun to rise above the horizon. And then they look for a place to warm up. We humans have different habits. Some love to mediate. Others do their morning workout while watching the sunrise. There are also those who walk barefoot every morning on the sand. I was doing it too, but early morning it is cold sand. From personal experience that this is the best body massage for the whole body. There is another group of people who bathe in the sea. They do it every day early in the morning. What do you prefer?
