He has more respect for this great animal than anyone can imagine. He’s spent a life time studying, walking with, hunting, saving and learning about elk. I think the time is fitting to honor his with elk while he can enjoy the pictures and we can spend time together.
It’s not just a post. It’s parting of the healing. I believe that he will always walk with elk. Get prepared because this heard and these posts will only grow in honor of him.
Fight for the right
My brother loves elk. Funny, when his daughter got a tattoo he was not pleased. Then one day he came home with an elk tattooed in his shoulder. No one ever sees it, but it's big and it's there. He's taken thousands of pictures. He bugles. He makes sure they have habitat. This is something that he would like to look at for hours. So these are for the one who walks with elk.
There will always be more to come.

I think so as well. Most winters we have some who live in the yard. Often have to stay inside.
