This isn’t a very long clip; about 30 seconds, but it is of some of the calls that purple martins make. Purple martins can make a lot of noise, particularly since they are social and there might be a lot of them, particularly around birdhouses they use to nest. I personally feel that the sounds are cheerful and enjoy listening to these birds. Though they are noisy, they aren’t particularly loud and are far less annoying than some birds.

I agree and they are fun to watch.
They are quite the chattering bunch aren’t they! Do you find it relaxing?
I’m not sure I’d call it relaxing, but I do like watching them and don’t find the songs annoying.
