It’s really not a secret. Although it seems to be something that people often miss. If you have a question or want to know how things work here, message staff and they are very helpful. It is much more efficient and accurate to get information. 

I found this photo and loved it. I thought it would be a kind way to remind people that it may take a few days and staff is very helpful to individual queries. It is not my place as simply a participant to explain the policies of the site. I have no inside information. If they want to announce changes and improvements they will. Anything else is an educated or uneducated guess.
