Inside the Airplane Cockpit

At the Glenn Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport, N.Y. in the Fingerlakes we are looking at some of the aircraft on display. On this early wooden plane they had a ramp up so you could look inside the cockpit. It was so dark inside I used an ISO of 10,000 to capture some detail. It is hard to imagine flying such an aircraft and landing on water with it.
