My brother was always good at convincing his gullible little sister into may myths. When he started talking about this creature I thought is was one of his tales. I really didn’t believe him at all. I explained that I was not going to fall for it this time.
Then I learned this time he was not teasing. Did you know that there are 20 different species of armadillos? Did you have any idea that giant armadillos have up to 100 teeth. They can hold their breath underwater for 6 minutes! Here’s the kicker and I am having a hard time believing this one still, in it’s lifetime ans armadillo can have up to 56 young over the course of her life. Did someone actually count?

I walked into a pet store one day and they had an armadillo. I would have bought it then and there except that someone had beaten me to it and they were just holding it for him.
This is pretty cool. I didn’t believe they existed.
