Count them. Five Bluebird eggs in my backyard bluebird house. Each year they return to the house and start a new family. If I am lucky I see two families per season. I try to capture each step of the process. Building the nest, laying the eggs, the eggs hatching, and finally seeing the babies fly away. Nature is so rewarding. Straight from my backyard. The eggs are tiny like the size of M&M candies. And the color is such a pretty shade of blue. They always bring me happiness.
