A day ago I have noticed this beautiful bird in the park. It was very lonely and calm. I am not sure what is wrong with her but she was not afread at all and couldn’t fly.

just because it wasn’t flying doesn’t mean it couldn’t…
It tried but it was useless effort. There were many kids around trying to let her fly but she just made few steps to hide under a deck.
then she most likely had injured a wing
I hope she was just resting and was able to fly away later.
