A heartwarming story from Ocala Beach Florida

<a href="http://firepix1075.zenfolio.com/f85450731" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Source</a>

Even though Memorial Day is a day for remembering the brave men and women who served in our armed forces who paid the price to defend our freedoms in America, the brave firemen of Brevard County were pressed into service when a male kitten named Mickey D was trapped inside of an engine of an auto that belonged to Osaha Santiago.

The incident happened on Monday afternoon near a McDonald’s restaurant when Osaha saw a kitten sitting inside her auto engine probably trying to get some shade from the hot sun.

Brevard County Fire Department Officer Marc Sciaccia was able to rescue the male kitten from possibly being severely injured or even rubbed out if the engine would be turned on by the driver.

However Mickey D had other ideas like fleeing from the grip of Marc and running into a police auto that was nearby.

Marc was able to get Mickey D out of the back seat of the police car.

What makes story really sweeter than sugar is that Osaha decided to give the small kitten a new home after the kitten was taken out of the police auto.

Mickey D will not have the chance to be the best friend of Osaha thanks to the generous work of Marc Sciaccia of rescuing the cat.
